1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Colour Roll website (the "Site") and any orders you place through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" — Colour Roll Ltd, the operator of this Site.
"You", "your" — the person browsing the Site or placing an order.
"Site" — the Colour Roll website and any sub-pages.
"Products" — the physical and digital goods offered for sale on the Site, including the Colour Roll printed rolls and the linked interactive learning experience.
"Order" — a request to purchase one or more Products submitted via the Site.

4. Use of our website

You may use the Site to browse our Products, place orders and access the interactive learning experience linked from your purchased Colour Roll.

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the servers on which it is stored, or any connected database.
Copy, reproduce, republish or otherwise exploit any content from the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

5. Accounts & registration

Colour Roll currently operates as a guest-checkout only service. You do not need to register an account to place an order, and we do not offer user accounts at this time.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by you.

6. Products & pricing

6.1 Product descriptions

We take care to describe our Products accurately, including dimensions, materials and packaging. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to printing, screen calibration or material batches.

6.2 Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Standard UK delivery is included in the displayed price; faster delivery options may incur an additional fee at checkout.

6.3 Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw Products from sale, or limit purchase quantities at any time without notice.

7. Orders & contracts

7.1 Placing an order

By submitting an Order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products on these Terms.

7.2 Order acceptance

Your Order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we send you an Order Confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an Order where a Product is out of stock, where pricing has been listed in error, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

7.3 Cancellation by us

If we cancel an Order before dispatch, we will refund any payment already taken in full.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider.

We do not store your full card details on our systems. Authorisation is taken at the point of placing the Order; the amount will be charged in line with our payment provider's processes.

9. Shipping & delivery

9.1 UK only

Colour Roll currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. We expect to expand our delivery footprint in future phases.

9.2 Delivery options

Standard UK Delivery (included) — typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Next-day UK Delivery — paid upgrade. Orders placed before 6pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; arrival on the next working day cannot be guaranteed in all postcodes.

9.3 Risk & title

Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received cleared payment in full.

10. Returns, refunds & cancellations

10.1 Right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving your Products, without giving a reason.

10.2 How to return

To exercise the right to cancel, contact us at team@colourroll.com with your Order number. You will then have a further 14 days to return the Products.

10.3 Condition

Returned Products must be in their original, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging intact. We may reduce any refund where the Products show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

10.4 Refunds

We will refund the price you paid (including the cost of the original standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, using the same payment method you used to pay. Return postage is your responsibility unless the Product is faulty.

10.5 Damaged or Faulty Products

If your Product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at team@colourroll.com and provide details of the issue, including photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Intellectual property

11.1 Content

All content on the Site — including the artwork, illustrations, brand, logos, copy, photography and the interactive learning experience — is the property of Colour Roll Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written consent. Purchase of a Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Product, artwork, educational content or website materials. Personal, non-commercial use of the product is permitted.

11.2 Interactive Learning Experience

The interactive learning experience associated with Colour Roll is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may update, modify, improve or remove content from the experience from time to time. While we aim to keep the experience available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

12. User content

If you submit any content to us — for example, a message via our Contact form or content shared with us on social media — you grant Colour Roll Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store and process that content for the purpose of responding to you and improving our Products and services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful or offensive.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Colour Roll Ltd, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

15. Privacy & cookies

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used. Details and your choices are available in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Products, the law, or how we operate. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page shows when the Terms were last revised.

Continued use of the Site after changes have been published means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

17. Events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, strikes, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, power failures or interruptions to telecommunications networks.

Where such an event affects our ability to fulfil an Order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed.

18. Governing law

These Terms, any Order placed under them, and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

You agree that the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer law.
